Be Good™ Girls Mentorship Program
The Girls Mentorship Program is a dynamic, multi-month journey designed to empower girls and young women to discover their confidence, build new skills, and become leaders on and off the bike.
In 2026, we’re expanding the program into three distinct tracks: Ride/Race, Bike Mechanic, and Creative.
Whether you dream of racing, want to master the art of bike mechanics, or are passionate about capturing & telling cycling stories through photography & videography, this program opens doors to explore your passions in a supportive, inclusive environment.
Through mentorship, teamwork, and hands-on learning, participants gain confidence, technical and creative skills, and a sense of belonging that lasts a lifetime. You’ll learn from experienced women mentors, connect with peers, and experience the full VIP journey at Rebecca’s Private Idaho, building pathways to future opportunities in sport, trades, and creative industries.
Our vision is to create a vibrant community where girls see women leading, creating, and thriving in every aspect of cycling. Together, we’re advancing gender equity and transforming cycling into a space where everyone belongs.
